At Digital Seads, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality digital marketing services and digital products, including e-books, checklists, reports, templates, and training courses. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Scope of Policy:
This policy applies to purchases made through digitalseads.com for:
Digital marketing & Advertising services (including consulting, funnels, automation, etc.)
360° virtual tour services
Digital products (e-books, checklists, templates, etc.)
Online courses (live or pre-recorded)
Affiliate commissions, promotional tools, or related bonuses (if applicable)
1) Digital Marketing Services & 360° Virtual Tours:
All services offered under Digital Seads are non-refundable once the project has commenced, initiated by payment confirmation, or onboarding has started. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, partial usage, or delayed implementation.
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
If the service is not delivered within 30 to 45 days of the confirmed project schedule.
If the project cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.
Requests must be made in writing to info@digitalseads.com within 7 days of purchase.
2) Digital Products (E-Books, Blueprints, Guides, Roadmaps, Templates, Checklists, Prompts, etc.):
Due to the downloadable and non-returnable nature of digital products, all sales are final. No returns or refunds will be issued once the download/access link has been delivered.
Please ensure the product description and preview meet your needs before purchase. For any pre-sale queries, contact us before purchasing.
3) Online Courses (Pre-Recorded or Live Sessions):
We offer limited refunds on online courses only under the following conditions:
For pre-recorded courses: A refund request can be made within 3 days of purchase, provided less than 10% of the course content has been accessed.
For live session-based courses: Refund requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the first session begins.
No refunds will be issued:
After significant content access (more than 10% of the course use).
If session recordings have already been downloaded or streamed.
Due to technical issues at the user’s end (we offer full support to resolve them).
To request a course refund, email info@digitalseads.com with your order details and reason.
4) Product Not Delivered / Technical Errors:
If you face any issues accessing your digital product, contact our support team at info@digitalseads.com within 48 hours of purchase. We will investigate and provide access immediately. No refunds will be processed if download/access logs confirm delivery.
5) Affiliate Program Disclaimer:
Any commissions earned through our Refer & Earn Affiliate Program are subject to verification and qualification criteria. Commissions will be disbursed only after successful completion of the associated transaction and within the timeframe specified in our Affiliate Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to withhold or deny payouts in case of fraud, policy violation, or misleading promotion by the affiliate.

Refund / Reimbursement Duration:
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision using a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive your order. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Chargebacks:
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is considered a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to block users from future purchases or legal action if fraudulent chargebacks are initiated.
