What equipment do you use for capturing virtual tours?

We use professional-grade gear like the Insta360 X5, Matterport Pro2, DJI drones, DSLR cameras, Lights, Integration/ Postprocessing Software, Mapping Applications and AI tools for high-quality virtual experiences.

Can the tour be embedded on my website or shared on social media?

Yes, all tours come with a shareable link and can be embedded on your website, listed on Google Business, or shared via social media and WhatsApp.

Is it possible to track analytics and user behaviour on the tour?

Yes. We provide heatmaps, visitor tracking, click-through rates, time-on-tour, and more to help you optimise engagement and conversions.

How long does it take to shoot and deliver a virtual tour?

Depending on the location and complexity, the shoot takes approximately 1 to 4 hours for small to medium-sized spaces and 1 day to 5 days for enterprise-sized larger spaces. Depending on the space size and scope of the shoot, we usually deliver your customised tour within 2 to 5 business days after the shoot. (Shoot+Editing+Postprocessing+Integration)

Yes. We offer aerial drone footage and cinematic aerial/video walkthroughs as add-ons to the virtual tour for a comprehensive visual experience.

How do I get started with your services?

Simply book a free consultation or fill out the onboarding form. We'll understand your needs, propose a plan, and begin onboarding you immediately.

What happens after I place an order or sign up?

You'll receive a welcome kit, a detailed questionnaire, and onboarding documents. A dedicated account manager will guide you through each step.

Do I need to provide any information or materials?

Yes. We may request brand assets, access credentials, content briefs, or business goals depending on the selected service.

How is communication managed during the project?

Communication is done via WhatsApp, Email, Google Meet, Zoom Call or your preferred method. Weekly updates and reports are shared regularly.

Can I request revisions or changes during the service?

Absolutely. We offer 1–3 rounds of revisions based on the service package to ensure you’re satisfied with the outcome.

What is the typical delivery timeline?

Do you offer emergency or express delivery options?

Yes, we offer express delivery at an additional charge for urgent requirements, depending on resource availability.

Is your pricing fixed or negotiable?

Our packages are value-based and competitively priced. We offer flexibility in custom projects or long-term contracts.

Are there any hidden or additional charges?

No hidden charges. All pricing details are clearly mentioned in your service proposal or invoice. Add-ons are optional.

What is included in your digital marketing packages?

Packages include services like campaign setup, creatives, ad budget planning, optimisation, analytics, and regular reports.

How do I pay for the services?

We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, Razorpay, credit/debit cards, and offer payment links for easy processing.

Do you offer discounts for startups or bulk services?

Yes. We offer special pricing for startups, long-term clients, and bundled services. Ask our team for current offers.

Is GST included in the pricing?

GST is mentioned separately on invoices as per Indian tax law. All prices are inclusive or exclusive based on your preference.

Both. You can choose from one-time projects or ongoing 6-month or 12-month retainers for continuous growth and support.

Do you offer refunds for your services?

What if I’m not satisfied with the service?

Client satisfaction is our priority. We offer revision rounds based on the package and are open to feedback to ensure desired outcomes.

Can I cancel my service after booking?

Yes, cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of payment. After that, cancellations depend on the progress stage of the service.

Will I get a partial refund if I cancel mid-project?

Partial refunds are subject to service status. Completed work portions will be billed, and remaining funds (if any) may be refunded.

How long does it take to process a refund (if applicable)?

Refunds, if approved, are processed within 7–15 business days via the original payment method.

What happens if a service gets delayed from your side?

In case of delays due to our team, we provide free add-ons or upgrades as compensation, depending on the situation.
