Welcome to the Digital Seads Affiliate Program. These Affiliate Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the Digital Seads Affiliate Program. By joining our affiliate program, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before enrolling or promoting our products/services.

👉 Program Overview:

The Affiliate Program is operated by Digital Seads ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). It allows approved individuals or entities ("Affiliates") to promote our services and digital products and earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through their referral links.

Digital Seads offers a performance-based affiliate program where you can earn 2–5% commission on the final billing of each successful referral. Eligible services are as below:

You may promote the following:

1. Digital Marketing Services

• Digital Marketing Services (SEO, Funnels, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, Automation, etc.)

• Lead Generation Service Packages

• Sales Funnel Design & Automation Services for businesses

• Website Design Services

• Course Creation & Membership Services

2. 360 Virtual Tour Services

• 360° Virtual Tour Services (360 Photography, Real Estate Photography, GMB Business Listings)

• Sales Funnel Design with integrated 360° Virtual Tours (360 Funnel - Specialy Designed for Virtual Tour Service providers)

• Website/Portfolio Website Design with integrated 360 Virtual Tours (Specialy for Virtual Tour Service Providers/Businesses)

3. Digital Products & Courses

• Digital Products (E-books, Templates, Prompts, Checklists)

• Online Courses (ChatGPT, Virtual Tour, Funnel Design, AI tools, etc.)

🚫 Prohibited Activities:

Affiliates must not:

• Run paid ads on branded keywords (e.g., “Digital Seads”)

• Use misleading copy or overhyped claims

• Offer illegal incentives or fake bonuses

• Spam social media, email lists, or groups without consent

• Send spam or unsolicited email

• Replicate the official website, website content or marketing content without written approval

• Make false, misleading, or inflated income claims

• Use copyrighted brand material or impersonate Digital Seads

• Bid on our brand keywords in paid ads

Violation of these policies will lead to account suspension and commission forfeiture.

🎯 Eligibility Criteria:

To join the affiliate program, you must:

• You must be 18 years or older to participate.

• You must provide accurate, complete registration information.

• Own a valid bank account or UPI ID for payouts

• Have a verifiable contact number and email address

• Submit valid GST details, If your earnings exceed ₹20,000 in a financial year

• Agree not to misrepresent yourself as Digital Seads or mislead potential customers
  
  GST Compliance Requirement:
  All affiliate partners are required to submit valid GST details if their total earnings from our affiliate program exceed ₹20,000 in a financial year. This is essential for tax compliance and smooth commission processing. Affiliates who fail to provide necessary tax or identity documentation may face delays or disqualification from the program.

  Please note: As per Indian tax laws, income earned through commissions may be subject to TDS and applicable GST. Affiliates are responsible for managing their tax filings and ensuring legal compliance.
  
  Digital Seads reserves the right to accept or reject or terminate any affiliate application or account without notice if any eligibility criteria are violated.

💰 Commission & Payout Terms:

• Commission Rate: 2% to 5% on the final billed amount (excluding taxes or gateway fees), determined by the nature of the project.

• Cookie Duration: 30 days from the first click/referral.

• Qualified Sale: A successful onboarding with full or partial payment made by the referred client.

• Payout Schedule: Commissions are paid after 21 business days of client confirmation and invoice clearance.

• Minimum Payout Threshold: ₹1,000 INR

You must submit accurate payout details. Any failed payment due to incorrect details may result in a delayed or cancelled payout.

• You must provide accurate bank details or a UPI ID to receive payments

• Taxes or payment gateway charges may apply depending on the jurisdiction

  “Earnings are subject to tax compliance. Please ensure your GST & PAN details are updated to avoid payout delays.”

📝 Tracking and Attribution:

• Affiliates will receive a unique tracking link

• Cookie-based tracking lasts for 30 days

• The last-click model is used for attribution unless stated otherwise

🎁 Use of Promotional Assets:

You may use official logos, product names, descriptions, and provided creatives to promote services. Any alteration of the brand or misleading representation without written permission is prohibited.

We reserve the right to request the removal of any material misusing our intellectual property

• You may use only official banners, links, or creatives provided by Digital Seads

• You are encouraged to create your case studies, videos, or tutorials with prior approval

• Any content must be brand-safe, accurate, and comply with applicable laws

🔴 Termination & Suspension Policy:

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your affiliate access/ account:

• For breach of any of these terms

• If inactivity persists for more than 90 days

• If a referral is determined to be fraudulent or deceptive

• If you're found to engage in fraudulent activity

• If you breach these terms

• If you engage in unethical promotion
  

We may withhold any pending commissions in such cases.

🎭 Relationship Disclosure:

Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship when promoting Digital Seads as required by local and international advertising regulations. Suggested disclosure:

“As an affiliate partner, I may earn a commission if you purchase through the link at no extra cost to you.”

🎰 No Guarantees

Digital Seads is not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in this affiliate program. We do not guarantee any income level or sales volume. Earnings will depend on your efforts, traffic quality, niche, and conversion rate. We reserve the right to alter the commission rates, rules, or structure at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation after updates implies acceptance.
